Returns & Refunds
We offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery.
Each diamond is individually sourced and selected to meet our quality standards at the time of your order.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition that you received it
- Unworn and unused
- In its original packaging, including all documentation and certification
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Return Verification
All returned items are subject to inspection and verification.
To protect the integrity of our inventory, each diamond is verified against its original specifications and identifying characteristics prior to any refund being issued.
Returns that do not match the original item shipped, or show signs of wear, alteration, or tampering, will not be accepted.
Starting a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@adamasaion.com with your order number.
Returns must be approved prior to shipment.

If your return is accepted, we will provide a prepaid, insured return shipping label along with detailed instructions.
A $30 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Shipping & Liability
All approved returns must be shipped using the provided insured label to ensure proper tracking and security.
We are not responsible for items lost, damaged, or misdelivered if returned outside our authorized shipping process.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Custom or special-order stones
- Items that have been worn, damaged, or altered
- Sale items or gift cards
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 3-5 business days of inspection.
