Do all diamonds come with certification?

Yes. Every diamond is IGI-certified with the corresponding number engraved, and comes with a detailed grading report.

Will the diamond I receive match the image exactly?

Each diamond is individually sourced at the time of your order.  As each is unique, subtle variations in color, facet pattern, and proportions are to be expected.

📦 Ordering & Shipping

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 2-4 business days. Once dispatched, all orders are shipped via fully insured overnight delivery with signature confirmation.

Most orders are delivered within approximately 4-5 business days from the time of purchase.

🔁 Returns & Policies

What is your return policy?

We offer a 14-day return window on eligible purchases. Items must be returned in their original, unused condition with all accompanying documentation.

All returns are subject to inspection and verification to ensure the original item is returned.

Can I return a diamond after it’s been set?

No. Once a diamond has been set, mounted, or altered in any way, it is no longer eligible for return.
