Do all diamonds come with certification?

Every diamond that is sold loose is certified with the corresponding number engraved, and comes with a detailed grading report. Accent diamonds on fine jewelry are lab-grown and manufacturer graded.

Availability

All diamonds are subject to prior sale. Availability is confirmed at the time of order fulfillment. If a stone becomes unavailable, we'll notify you promptly and issue a full refund or help you find a comparable diamond.

We believe the diamond is the foundation. Starting with the stone allows you to create something more intentional—built around quality, not compromise.

What if I don’t know where to start?

That’s exactly where we come in. We simplify the process so you can focus on selecting a diamond that already stands on its own.

📦 Ordering & Shipping

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 2 business days. Once dispatched, all orders are shipped via fully insured express delivery with signature confirmation.

Most orders are delivered within approximately 4–5 business days from the time of purchase.

The flat rate cost is $20.00 for all orders.

What about for the Curated Edit?

In-hand diamonds typically ship within 1 business day via insured FedEx signature required. Most orders arrive within 2–3 business days of purchase, depending on order timing and destination.

🔁 Returns & Policies

What is your return policy?

We offer a 14–day return window on eligible purchases. Items must be returned in their original, unused condition with all accompanying documentation.

All returns are subject to inspection and verification to ensure the original item is returned.

Can I return a diamond after it’s been set?

No. Once a diamond has been set, mounted, or altered in any way, it is no longer eligible for return.
